1. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
1.1 Account Creation: To use Qigram, you must create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Qigram. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself.

1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Qigram immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2. User Content
2.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post or share on Qigram. By posting or sharing content, you grant Qigram a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of operating and promoting Qigram.

2.2 Content Guidelines: You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of others. Qigram reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these guidelines.

3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, defamation, fraud, unauthorized access to accounts or systems, and infringement of intellectual property rights.

3.2 Compliance with Policies: You agree to comply with all policies and guidelines provided by Qigram, including community guidelines, privacy policy, and any other rules or regulations governing the use of Qigram.

4. Rewards and Qicoins
4.1 Rewards Program: Qigram may offer a rewards program that allows users to earn Qicoins for their activities on the platform. The rewards program is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made available to you.

4.2 Qicoin Usage: Qigram may provide opportunities for users to use Qicoins within the platform, such as purchasing virtual goods or accessing premium features. The availability and terms of such opportunities may vary and are subject to change at Qigram's discretion.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 Privacy Policy: Qigram collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using Qigram, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Data Security: Qigram takes reasonable measures to protect user data and maintain the security of its platform. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept any risks associated with the security of your personal information.

6. Termination
6.1 Account Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process on Qigram. Upon termination, your access to Qigram and any associated features will be discontinued.

6.2 Suspension or Termination by Qigram: Qigram reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that is detrimental to Qigram or its users. Qigram also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the availability of Qigram or any of its features at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 Qigram is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Qigram does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted or shared on the platform.

7.2 Qigram disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

7.3 You understand and agree that your use of Qigram is at your own risk. Qigram does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or obtained through the use of Qigram is done at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that may result from such activities.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qigram and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Qigram.

8.2 In no event shall the total liability of Qigram and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors exceed the amount you paid, if any, to Qigram for access to or use of Qigram during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Modification of Terms
9.1 Qigram reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on Qigram or providing notice to you through other means.

9.2 Your continued use of Qigram after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using Qigram.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qigram operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Qigram regarding the use of Qigram, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
